Action
Do the work. A Worker act, like the sift, the specification and the plan before it — what differs is only what it leaves behind.
Every criterion is driven, not assumed. The automated ones are run; the documented ones are followed and the result recorded. A criterion nobody exercised has proved nothing, and a specification that was never seen to pass is not evidence — it is an intention with a filename.
What comes out is the change itself, and a result for every criterion that was set.
Done when: every criterion has been driven, and holds.
Verified when: someone who did not do the work confirms the change meets the specifications and the standards, save for anything already conceded.
